1. Q: Are you a manufacturer?

3. Q: What's your product portfolio and who do you supply?
A: Our main products are reusable and eco-friendly shopping bags (including non-woven/woven, canvas, paper), and cooler bags (insulated bags).
From small fashion boutiques to conference and event organizers, high-street stores through to the bigger chain stores, corporate businesses, or whether they are resellers with customers of their own, we are happy to accept customers from all over world.

4. Q: Is there a minimum quantity that I have to order (MOQ- minimum order quantity)?
A: We try to help our customers as much as possible in terms of low quantities and low orders. A lot will depend on the type of product that you need, for example, we would suggest a minimum order of 1,000 luxury paper carrier bags and a minimum order of 5,000 printed non-woven bags. Just ask us, and we are happy to discuss and adapt production to your order as much as possible.

5. Q: What is included in your quote/costs?
A：From design and creation right through to production, the only extra costs that there are would be the delivery, which could be negotiated as freight cost fluctuates violently in these months.

6. Q: What is the quotation process?
A: You can contact us through live chat, by email or by phone. We are here to answer any or all of your questions and to choose the best products for your needs. For us to provide the quote we will need information such as:

Dimensions of the required product
Details of any printing required for the product
An artwork file for the printing (please discuss with us if you are unsure)
Details of finishing required for the product
Any special one-off requirements
Details of the delivery

7. Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Once we have discussed your requirements, we will know what kinds of samples will be helpful for you. We can create and deliver quickly and speedily non-printed samples of products according to specified dimensions and shape. This helps you to see exactly what you are ordering before you give us your final ‘go-ahead’ though you need pay a very small extra amount sample fee and courier fee. If the order is confirmed, the sample fee will be deducted from the total amount.

8. Q: Can you help with artwork design?
A: Yes, we will help each step of the way of this process and will provide full graphic support until your artwork is signed off for print. We know that this stage can get a bit technical, don’t worry, we are here to help.

9. Q: What’s your payment term?
A: We accept most payments tools, such as T/T (Telegraphic transfer), West Union, Moneygram.

10. Q: Which port do you export?
A: We prefer the Tianjin Port, Ningbo Port depending on your order.

11. Q: What’s the warranty?
A: We aim to discuss thoroughly with you before we even start the production process all details of your product so that we know that you will be happy with the products. We suggest that, if time allows, we send you a real production sample of your product (at a small extra cost) so that you can see exactly what you will receive, especially so for large quantity orders. You can always contact us at any stage of the process. We will deduct the necessary amount of the products from the next order just in case.

A: We never disclose customers’ personal information to any third parties. We only use your information to handle orders, deliver products and services, and to communicate with you about orders.
